Guest LIST
Lee advises inviting eight to twelve of your most fashionable friends, ensuring each guest has at least one swapping partner who wears a similar size. To cut down on set-up time, ask everyone to bring items like dresses and blouses on hangers. And encourage your girls to bring one-size-fits-all accessories, too, like bracelets, scarves and purses. No matter what, the right clutch will always fit.
Decor
It's time to set up shop! Lee suggests using your favorite boutique as inspiration and naming your store (in her case: "House of Kelly Golightly"). Get crafty with handmade signs, which can easily transform your bedroom or bathroom into a "Dressing Room," and add girly touches like our ever-stylish Insider, who wrote messages in lipstick on mirrors. To display items, you can either go traditional by buying — or borrowing — a garment rack. Or get creative, creating a laundry line with clothespins or showing off clothes in unexpected places. Lee, for example, laid scarves on a wine rack, while a vintage picnic basket contained folded tees.
Swap
Let the browsing begin! A lady always has good taste…which means more than one of you may be eyeing that hot pair of heels. To avoid a fashion showdown, Lee recommends drawing numbers to determine shopping order, at least for the first few rounds. Once everyone has found their faves, let your ladies rock the runway in a fashion show and take turns playing paparazzi. And remember, no matter how great your girls look in your old duds, there are no take-backs! So make sure you're really ready to part with any items you bring.

- 2 parts club soda
- 1 part Skinnygirl™ White Cherry Vodka
- 1 part lime juice
- 1 part lemon juice

Merry CHERRY PINK PUNCH

- 3 parts grapefruit soda
- 1 part lime juice
