No need for fatty chips with this creamy dip, the key to perfecting the appetizer is to serve it with perfectly-prepared vegetables. In our opinion, carrots and cucumbers are the only veggies that should be served raw, and green beans or asparagus require just a quick blanch. Peppers, zucchini, squash and sweet potatoes should all be roasted, and can all be served with this Green Goddess Dip.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, plus more as needed
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Pinch of sugar

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and use a fork to whisk together until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with perfectly prepared vegetables. Enjoy!
